Casa Danna Huatulco Hotel - Santa Cruz Huatulco

Ope, stayed for 21 nights and just loved every minute! Staff was so friendly, and that pool was just perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day exploring. Breakfast had a great spread, especially those waffles-yum! Only thing was the limited closet space, that was a bit of a hassle. Can't wait to come back!

It had nice location, not far from the center, a gorgeous park where people often workout and Santa Cruz and the docks and markets. Popped in Konnichiwa Sushi Bar for shots before sleep, it was at a short distance from the venue.

Excellent staff, great-sized and airy rooms with coffee, a large balcony, as example. Great affordable breakfast for all tastes with light brown warm water.

The location is excellent for walking to multiple beaches and cafes. Request a small fridge for added convenience during your stay.

Very pleasant overall experience. Little hotel, good food, affable staff. Attached restaurant on the premises, good-sized and airy room with a large balcony as well as coffee. Comfortable and perfect setting in the nice area, close enough to ocean, the most beautiful beaches in Huatulco, and Huatulco for the price, nice venue, and great location.

An elevator is missing but planned!

The towels didn't smell fresh until later into the stay. The room lacked drawer space, and there wasn't a mirror in the main room for dressing. The bathroom fan didn't work, and the minimal furniture left only one chair for the entire room. The selection of breakfast items was inconsistent, with juices diluted to the point of tasting like water. The pool area could use some cushions or comfort on the seating, as it only offered bare wrought iron and concrete options, quite uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and great breakfast

The warm smiles from the staff. Each morning started with a good breakfast that was both hearty and fresh, setting the perfect tone for our day. The beautiful pool area became our oasis for relaxation after exploring the vibrant surroundings. We loved the short walks to nearby beaches, especially Playa Chahue.

Some aspects could use improvement. The room lacked sufficient closet space. While the air conditioning functioned well, there was no coffee maker available in the room, which we missed in the mornings. The small balcony only had one chair, limiting our enjoyment of the lovely view.

It was in a central location, in Huatulco beach.

The reception tried to get us rooms with a view to the staircase and the supply shaft! You changed this after we complained! But I hated to even try. On the weekend it was quite loud, partly due to disco nearby, partly due to Mexican guests in the pool!

The pool area was good, except, of course, for the completely uncomfortable seating. Not a single cushion in sight, how hard woudl that have been? Really nearly wrote a splendid review but had to mention the unhelpful staff when I struggled with the bathroom fan. Just unacceptable, really. 14 Nights seemed like a lifetime, just for this.

Staff at breakfast sometimes a little overworked, but very friendly. 2x the water was turned off without info. Luckily we were not standing soaped up Inter the shower.

I stayed in this little hotel for 14 days, had pleasant experience, loved its magnificent location short walk to the airport, a big supermarket and 15-20 minute walk to.

Really enjoyed the outdoor pool for a refreshing dip after exploring. The staff was super accommodating, promptly bringing us a fridge to our room. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options.
